We offer block bookings at reduced rates, such as bookings that can be made one month ahead or a set amount of sessions agreed in advance. Following your first session which would be an assessment of your needs, your therapist will be able to discuss any treatment recommendations and an idea of the amount of sessions that may be appropriate to your difficulties in most cases. An example of a block booking would be a booking of 4 x remote therapy sessions at a total cost of £320.
We offer block bookings and packages to companies and organisations, such as where there may be multiple employees accessing therapy. Please feel free to discuss with us your individual or business requirements.
Card payments can be made via our website or at your session by card or cash. We are also happy to send invoices if required, however payment is required before your session or at your session.
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments can be made, we ask that 48 hours notice is given to avoid incurring at 50% charge, however we are happy to discuss individual requirements to encourage and accessibility to therapy.
Affordability & Subsidized rates
We are currently working on ways in which to gain additional funding in order to create subsidized rates. This is specifically for individuals wishing to access therapy who are also diagnosed with long term physical health conditions. Reduction in rates will be considered where affordability to access therapy may cause financial strain. The hope to be able to offer subsidized rates in the future is with an overall aim of making private therapy as accessible as possible (Also see The Equality Act 2010).
