Block bookings
We offer block bookings at reduced rates, such as bookings that can be made one month ahead or a set amount of sessions agreed in advance. Following your first session which would be an assessment of your needs, your therapist will be able to discuss any treatment recommendations and an idea of the amount of sessions that may be appropriate to your difficulties in most cases.
Payments
Payments can be made by BACS or cash payments. Please ask about payment options if you wish to pay in installments then this may be arranged by prior agreement.

Affordability & Subsidized rate
We offer a sliding scale fee for services, meaning the cost can be adjusted based on your financial situation. The focus of this service is on accessibility, with up to 20% of our clients benefiting from this. Please note there is currently a waiting list for new clients for this service. Feel free to book in a discovery call to find out more.
Reduction in rates will be considered where affordability to access therapy may cause financial strain. The overall aim of offering subsidized rates is for private therapy to be as accessible as possible (Also see The Equality Act 2010).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments within 24 hours of therapy session will incur 100% charge, however please do discuss individual requirements. We ask that you check you are happy with your therapy agreement, which will be provided on agreement of therapy treatment.
